Vegan French Toast Recipe

French toast is a favorite for breakfast but can be difficult to make gluten-free if you don't have good gluten-free bread. Our Raised Gluten Free Bread holds up well while being cooked multiple ways! It is delicious and perfect for a plate of yummy french toast.


  • Raised Gluten Free Bread

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients (except bread) and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.

Dip bread quickly and cook until golden brown.

Top with fruit, syrup, and enjoy!
