Gluten-Free, Vegan Pasta Salad

Colorful and healthy veggie pasta salad to brighten up your dinner table. Stays fresh in the fridge with clean and simple ingredients.

As a mom to a kid with Celiac disease, our Co-Founder, Rosa Dixon, is always on the lookout for gluten-free products. Jovial brand pasta is her go-to for various dishes, cold and hot.

Let's get to it!


Prepare according to directions on the box:

1 box of Jovial pasta

Sautee over medium heat:

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 carrots, chopped

1 red bell peppers cut to 1-inch pieces

1 cup of green bean trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces

1 cup of broccoli cut into 1-inch pieces

1 cup of cabbage thinly sliced

1/4 cup GF tamari

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

1/4-1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

Whisk together in a mason jar:

1/2 cup of vegenaise

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of GF tamari

1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

Combine the cooked pasta with the sauteed vegetables and add in the dressing. Top with black sesame seeds. Referate for 1-2 hours and serve.
