Raised Gluten-Free Bread
vegan cheese of choice
salt + pepper
optional: nuts or avocado
Blend fresh basil + garlic, gradually add olive oil to desired consistency. Salt + pepper to taste. Nuts or avocado can be added for creaminess!
Spread pesto on Raised Gluten Free bread + add cheese.
Toast on medium heat + cover with lid until golden brown.
