Gluten Free Pizza Recipe

Lately we have been cooking up a lot of pizzas in Humboldt County at the 2017 Oyster Festival and Best of Humboldt Fair. However, just because you don’t live in our hometown, it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy our super tasty pizzas. This blog post is dedicated to one of our favorite pizza recipes — featuring roasted beets, goat cheese, and arugula! The recipe is really simple, elegant, and quick to make. Our pizza crusts free of: gluten, dairy, nuts, corn, egg, soy and GMO’s — so feel free to customize the toppings to fit your dietary needs. These pizza crusts are also perfect to have some fun with your kids in the kitchen.

Ingredients you need:

  • Raised Gluten Free Pizza Crusts

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • golden beets

  • goat cheese

  • fresh arugula (or other mixed greens)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Roast the beets — spray with olive oil, wrap in aluminum foil, and cook at 375° for an hour.

  2. Defrost pizza crusts at room temperature (15-20 minutes).

  3. Brush crust with olive oil.

  4. Slice peeled, roasted golden beets and arrange on crust.

  5. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 425°.

  7. Top with fresh arugula & enjoy!

Gluten free pizza has never tasted (or looked) so good!
