ALL RAISED GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED IN A DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE, WHEAT FREE, EGG FREE, DAIRY FREE, PEANUT FREE FACILITY.
We are dedicated to raising the bar on gluten-free treats. We bake everything in our own facility, which is dedicated free from gluten, wheat, egg, dairy, and peanuts!
Is your facility a dedicated gluten free facility? YES. All of our ingredients are certified gluten free. Our number one priority is the safety of our celiac friends. All of our products test with less than 5ppm. There is no chance of cross contamination at our facility.
Is your facility egg and dairy free? YES. All of our products are free from eggs and dairy. No eggs or dairy come into our facility. There is no chance of cross contamination at our facility.
Is your facility peanut/tree nut free? Our facility is free of peanuts and all tree nuts EXCEPT coconut. There is no chance of cross contamination at our facility. Coconut is the only tree nut in our facility.
Do your products contain sesame? No, we do not have sesame in any of our products or within our facility.
What certifications do your products have? We are Certified Gluten Free, non-GMO Verified, and Kosher Pareve Certified.
The product I purchased has ice crystals, is it freezer burned?
This can occur when a frozen product defrosts and is then refrozen, sometimes more than once. At our facility, we maintain strict temperature control over all of our products. Sadly after our products have shipped, we have limited control over how the products are handled. Retail stores and distributors sometimes allow frozen products to sit out and defrost before placing in proper freezer or refrigerator storage units. If this has happened to the product you purchased, we suggest taking it back to the store from where it was bought and request a replacement or a refund.
