French toast is a favorite for breakfast, but can be difficult to make gluten free if you don't have a good gluten free bread. Our Raised Gluten Free Bread holds up well while being cooked multiple ways! It is delicious and perfect for a plate of yummy french toast.
Raised Gluten Free Bread
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients (except bread) and refrigerate 10-20 minutes.
Dip bread quickly and cook until golden brown.
Top with fruit, syrup, and enjoy!
