Gluten Free S'mores Bars

It is summer, and as you may know, one of our greatest products is the graham cracker.  There is something about being able to have a gluten free s’more around the campfire with everyone else!

 

Currently our graham crackers are buy one get one free with the coupon code “gfsummer”, so it is time to stock up!  We wanted to give you an idea for a creative take on the classic s’more.

 

This recipe is super simple and requires only a few ingredients.

 

Ingredients you need:

  • Raised Gluten Free Graham Crackers

  • Raised Gluten Free Double Chocolate Fudge Cookie Dough

  • marshmallows (or vegan marshmallows – like Dandies)

  • butter (or butter alternative)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Spray pan with cooking spray

  3. Crush graham crackers & mix with butter

  4. Press graham cracker mix into pan as first layer

  5. Layer cookie dough

  6. Arrange marshmallows on top

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown

  8. Let set before cutting

  9. Serve!

 

Tip: Consider cooking the bars in personal serving-sized ramekins.
